To improve information security, as of 14 November 2016, the Contact Centre will no longer provide information about account balances, cash inflows and cash outflows on the accounts of Business Customers.

However, all of the above information is available in real time through the ProBanking platform, which can be accessed via any electronic device, including a mobile phone or tablet.
